WARD, J.
I concur in the affirmance of the award but wish to emphasize the thought expressed by the Presiding Justice that “until . . . the Legislature compels a more consistent policy the courts must affirm the commission wherever there is competent substantial evidence to support its findings.” (Lab. Code, § 5953.)
Petitioner’s application for a hearing by the Supreme Court was denied May 16, 1946.
