OPINION OF THE COURT
Order affirmed, without costs, on the memorandum at the Appellate Division ( 56 AD2d 672 ). No costs are allowed because of excessive length of respondent’s brief (see Matter of Bianca v Frank, 43 NY2d 168, 174 ).
