Merrell, J. (concurring).
I concur for reversal upon the sole ground that the court improperly excluded evidence of witnesses as to what occurred in the Magistrates’ Court. The evidence was competent. . I regard the other alleged errors too trivial to require a reversal.
Judgment reversed and new trial ordered.
