McKAY, J.,
dissents.
hi respectfully dissent from the majority’s decision to grant this writ and reverse the trial court’s denial of summary judgment. The defendants have failed to show that they have complied with the six tasks required by Gray v. American Nat. Property & Cas. Co., 2007-1670 (La.2/26/08), 977 So.2d 839 . Accordingly, there remain genuine issues of material fact and the mover is not entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
