concurs with reasons.
| (Even though the majority appropriately distinguishes our. recent decision in Butler v. La. Mut. Med. Ins. Co.,. 15-1191 (La.App. 4 Cir. 5/25/16) , 196 So.3d 570 , see Op,. p. 810, I remain of the view that Butler was wrongly decided. See Butler, 15-1191, pp. 1-3, 195 So.3d at 572-73 (Bonin, J., dissenting), writ app. pending, 2016-1206 (La.6/24/16).
