## Opinion text

BURKE, Judge,
dissenting.
I respectfully dissent. Based on the reasoning in my dissent in English v. State, 164 So.3d 627, 636 (Ala.Crim.App. *1154 2014) (Burke, J., dissenting),! believe that the circuit court did not exceed the scope of its- discretion when it revoked Diontez Jamel- Moore’s probation; thus, I would affirm the circuit court’s judgment.
