Murdock,
dissenting: I 'dissent in so far as the opinion holds that we have jurisdiction as to the Klingman Sample Furniture Company for the years 1917 and 1918.
Marquette, Smith, Sternhagen, TRAmmell, and McMahon agree with this dissent.
