(dissenting) — For the reasons stated by the dissenters in
In re
Deming, 192 Wash. 190 , 73 P. (2d) 764 , I dissent from so much of the prevailing opinion as decides that Rem. Rev. Stat, § 1575, subd. 3, is unconstitutional and void.
