## Opinion text

ON MOTION FOR REHEARING.
LATTIMORE, Judge.
The state has filed a logical and forcible motion for rehearing, in the light of which the record has been again carefully reviewed, but we are not convinced that our former opinion was erroneous.
The state’s motion for rehearing is overruled.
Overruled.
