Appellant files an exhaustive motion for a rehearing, which is but, in the main, a reiteration of his contentions in his original brief herein. It would serve no useful purpose in writing upon matters set forth in the original opinion. *Page 509
We have again gone over the record carefully, and see no reason to change our views relative thereto.
The motion will therefore be overruled.
