1. I believe the venue should have been changed. 2. Also the court's charge is erroneous in regard to deceased's right of impounding the mules. 3. There are some other questions I am inclined to think erroneous to require reversal. I have not had time to examine those questions critically, however, but I am persuaded this judgment ought to be reversed. *Page 574
