Dissenting Opinion bt
Me. Justice Schaeffer:
The majority of the court has concluded that the judgment recovered by plaintiff is not such an excessive ad-measurement of the compensation to which he is entitled as to warrant our interference with it. I have reached the opposite conclusion and therefore express my dissent.
