On Rehearing.
SWINDALL, J.
The opinion inadvertently excluded the stock and bond values for the years 1928 and 1929, when it was intended to exclude the stock and bond values on February 1, for the years 1929 and 1930, respectively, as a factor in determining the valuation of property in question, and the opinion is accordingly modified to show this correction.
Rehearing denied.
