## Opinion text

I dissent from that portion of the majority opinion which reverses the trial court's granting of summary judgment to the defendant on appellant's wrongful termination in violation of public policy claim. See Kulch v. Structural Fibers, Inc. (1997), 78 Ohio St.3d 134 , 151 .
I concur with the majority in the remainder of their opinion.
I would uphold the trial court's determination granting summary judgment to the defendant in its entirety.
