This is the appeal of the plaintiffs, the Trustees of the Baptist Female University and the Trustees of the Thomasville Baptist Orphanage. The questions presented upon this appeal have been disposed of in the opinion filed in the appeal of the defendant executor. In accordance with the disposition of that appeal, the judgment rendered by his Honor is
Reversed.
