## Opinion text

My impression from the equivocal medical evidence is that it is somewhat more likely than not that the plaintiff was disabled by a disease not shown to be related to the workplace, and it being our duty to deny claims not proven by the greater weight of the evidence, I must respectfully DISSENT.
