The foregoing opinion of BENNICK, C., is adopted as the opinion of the court. The order of the circuit court sustaining the intervener's motion to quash the execution issued upon the judgment of March 1, 1929, and to set aside the sheriff's sale thereunder is, accordingly, affirmed.
