The foregoing opinion by FITZSIMMONS, C., is adopted as the opinion of the court en banc to the extent indicated by the following vote: Ragland, J., and Atwood, C.J., concur; Gantt and Frank, JJ., concur in result; White, Ellison and Henwood, JJ., concur in result and in all except the ruling that "Exhibit B" was inadmissible, in view of the objections made to the admission thereof.
