On Remand From the Supreme Court.
Prior Report: 485 So.2d 1161 .
In accord with the judgment of the Supreme Court of Alabama rendered on February 7, 1986, the judgment of the Circuit Court of Mobile County must be and hereby is reversed and the case remanded.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
