USCA4 Appeal: 25-6778 Doc: 6 Filed: 09/10/2026 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM:

Devin Brown appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for a sentence

reduction or compassionate release under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(1)(A). We have reviewed

the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order.

See United States v. Brown, No. 2:16-cr-00123-RMG-5 (D.S.C. Aug. 20, 2025). We

dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately

presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional

process.
